The house is ideal for groups and families up to 12 people.

It has all the amenities to make your stay in Paris a very pleasant experience.

The space is distributed over two floors (access between the two floors is from the outside)

One floor is located on the ground floor and there are 5/6 steps to climb to access it.The other floor is just above and access is via a spiral staircase (see last photo)

*The garden is not private because it belongs to several owners but you can enjoy it

A 6-minute walk from the Villejuif Léo Lagrange metro station, you will find a Casino supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, a tobacconist, a bank, a bakery, etc.

A typical open market is held nearby 3 times a week.

5 minutes by car from Paris

The large "OKABE" shopping center is a 15-minute walk away, includes branded shops as well as a large AUCHAN supermarket and many restaurants

Close to Gustave Roussy, Paul Brousse and Bicêtre hospitals

Line 7 makes it possible to reach Paris in two stations (Maison Blanche). The line goes directly to Chatelet (in the heart of Paris).It allows direct access to the Galeries Lafayette station or even the Palais Royal Musée du Louvre

- This house does not accept the organization of parties: significant costs will apply if travelers do not respect this.

In the event of a complaint from our neighborhood or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without possible refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

- You will be asked for an ID with the same name as the one on your reservation and we will copy it to our phone.(This is to avoid any fraud)

- Limited to 1 baby (under 2 years old) free. If there is more than one baby, the other babies will need to be added as "Children"

The day of your arrival:

The entrance to the apartment is generally from 3.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. and the exit is at 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

Please note: for any entry between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m., a supplement of 30 euros will be requested. For any entry after 22.00, a supplement of 50 euros will be requested. No entry possible after 23.00

- The final cleaning of the apartment is included, we only ask that the accommodation be left in a correct state, that is to say, do the dishes and take out the garbage.
