✦ Hidden Location: The Secret House gets its name from its discreet position within a building on Avenue Wagram. Protected by the exterior facade, the house offers a quiet and secluded atmosphere despite its proximity to the city's attractions.

✦ Exclusive Space: Spread over 3 levels, the 200m² includes :

➡ 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:

One bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an ensuite shower room.

One bedroom on the first floor with 1 queen-size bed (160x200 cm), 1 double bed (130x200 cm), and an ensuite bathroom.

Two additional bedrooms on the lower ground floor, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). On this floor, there is also a full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower).

➡ 1 spacious living room: Sofa, pool table, and TV offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped and furnished kitchen: Stove, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It allows you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining room for 10 people, perfect for gatherings after a day of exploration.

✦ Modern Amenities: Washer/dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Sheets and towels are provided for your comfort (1 per person).

Other important notes:

➡ Party Policy: No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied for non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave immediately, without the possibility of a refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the neighborhood's tranquility. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification: An ID with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and Babies: Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they will need to be added as "children."

Check-in and Supplements:

Entries are generally between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and exits are before 11:00 a.m.

Supplements for late arrivals:

- Between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.: 30 euro supplement.

- After 10:00 p.m.: 50 euro supplement.

- No entry is possible after 11:00 p.m.

Departure Day: Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, ensuring that you wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
